Kansai(関西) is a region located in western Japan, including Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Nara, Shiga, Wakayama, and Hyogo. It is a popular travel destination where traditional culture and modern cities coexist.
칸사이(関西)는 일본 서쪽에 위치한 지역으로, 교토·오사카·고베·나라·시가·와카야마·효고 등을 포함합니다. 전통 문화와 현대 도시가 공존하는 곳으로, 일본을 여행할 때 빠질 수 없는 인기 지역입니다.
I don’t usually go to all-you-can-eat restaurants, but there is one place I visit regularly: Kinnobuta, a shabu-shabu buffet restaurant.
무제한 음식점을 자주 찾는 편은 아니지만, 정기적으로 들르는 곳이 하나 있습니다. 바로 샤브샤브 무제한 음식점 킨노부타입니다.
“Kinnobuta” (金の豚) literally means “Golden Pig.”
“킨노부타(金の豚)”는 말 그대로 “금돼지”라는 뜻입니다.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a location near Osaka’s major tourist areas like Namba or Umeda, but if you go just a little further out, you’ll find branches where you can enjoy unlimited shabu-shabu along with a variety of other dishes.
아쉽게도 오사카의 대표 관광지인 남바나 우메다 근처에는 매장이 없지만, 약간만 벗어나면 샤브샤브와 다양한 메뉴를 무제한으로 즐길 수 있는 지점들이 있습니다.

At Kinnobuta, an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant, you can enjoy unlimited servings of all items included in your selected course. However, the dining time is limited to 2 hours, and the last order must be placed at least 30 minutes before the end.
샤브샤브 무제한 음식점 킨노부타에서는 선택한 코스의 모든 메뉴를 무제한으로 즐길 수 있습니다. 단, 이용 시간은 2시간으로 제한되며, 라스트 오더는 종료 30분 전까지 가능합니다.
Kinnobuta Unlimited Shabu-Shabu: 3 All-You-Can-Eat Course Options
As of the date of writing, Kinnobuta offers three all-you-can-eat course options, with the following prices for standard adults. Discounts are available for seniors (60 and over) and children of elementary school age or younger. Additionally, a 10% consumption tax is applied when dining inside restaurants in Japan.
작성일 기준으로, 현재 킨노부타의 타베호다이 코스는 총 3가지입니다. 아래 가격은 일반 성인 기준이며, 60세 이상 또는 초등학생 이하는 더 저렴한 요금이 적용됩니다. 또한, 현재 일본에서는 음식점 내에서 식사할 경우 10%의 소비세가 부과됩니다.

●Beef and kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) course: ¥5,180 (tax not included)

At first, a staff member will ask what you would like to order. After that, you can place additional orders using the touchscreen tablet.
처음에는 직원이 주문할 메뉴를 물어봅니다. 이후에는 터치패널을 이용해 직접 주문할 수 있습니다.
The tablet allows you to select a language—either Japanese or English.
터치패널에서는 언어를 선택할 수 있으며, 일본어 또는 영어 중에서 선택 가능합니다.
Kinnobuta Unlimited Shabu-Shabu: Course Highlights
When you choose a course menu, the basic items included in the course are served first.
코스 메뉴를 선택하면, 해당 코스에 포함된 기본 메뉴가 처음에 제공됩니다.
It is also possible to order only the items you want without choosing an unlimited course.
However, since Kinnobuta mainly focuses on all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, most customers chose a course, and many came as families or groups of friends.
무제한 코스를 선택하지 않고, 먹고 싶은 것만 단품으로 주문하는 것도 가능합니다.
하지만 킨노부타는 무제한 샤브샤브가 메인인 곳이라 대부분은 코스를 선택하며, 친구나 가족 단위의 손님이 많았습니다.
This is my favorite and highly recommended chopped vegetable.
It tastes great when eaten together with the meat.
제가 가장 좋아하고 강력히 추천하는 잘게 썬 야채입니다.
고기와 함께 먹으면 정말 맛있습니다.
Another great feature of Kinnobuta’s all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu is that you can choose up to three different broths. You can mix and match based on your mood or preference, and limited-time broths are occasionally available as well.
샤브샤브 무제한 음식점 킨노부타의 또 다른 매력 중 하나는, 샤브샤브용 육수를 3가지나 선택할 수 있다는 점입니다. 그날의 기분이나 취향에 따라 다양하게 고를 수 있으며, 가끔은 기간 한정 육수가 제공되기도 합니다.
My personal recommendation is the yuzu salt broth—I always make sure to include it as one of the three. Its light and refreshing flavor goes perfectly with both the meat and vegetables.
제가 추천하는 육수는 유자 소금 육수로, 매번 3가지 중 하나는 꼭 이것을 선택합니다. 깔끔하고 개운한 맛이 샤브샤브 고기와 채소에 매우 잘 어울립니다.
Once the broth starts boiling, add the vegetables and meat, and enjoy them when they’re cooked.
육수가 끓기 시작하면 야채와 고기를 넣고, 익으면 드시면 됩니다.
Since you can choose three types of broth, each person is given three small bowls to match—one for each broth.
육수가 3종류이기 때문에 1인당 그릇도 3개씩 제공되며, 각 그릇에 육수를 하나씩 나눠 담으면 됩니다.
Kinnobuta, the all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant, offers a variety of desserts, including limited-time parfaits.
샤브샤브 무제한 음식점 킨노부타에는 기간 한정 파르페 등 다양한 디저트 메뉴가 있습니다.
If you choose the dessert cart option, a staff member will bring the cart to your table and let you pick two items. From cakes to traditional Japanese sweets (wagashi), the wide selection makes choosing part of the fun—and doubles the enjoyment.
그중에서도 디저트 카트를 선택하면, 직원이 직접 디저트 카트를 가져와 두 가지를 고를 수 있게 해줍니다. 케이크는 물론, 일본식 화과자 등 다양한 디저트가 준비되어 있어 고르는 재미까지 더해져 즐거움이 두 배가 됩니다.
